When I prime the bulb, the line fills with air but no gas. 6gal tank, 35hp Merc.

Do I need a new tank? Is there some sort of sending unit that can be replaced? Or could the problem be something different? Any help greatly appreciated.

    The problem is not with your tank.  I suggest you replace the fuel line assembly; including the bulb, hoses and connectors.  The assembly is inexpensive and can be purchased at BPS, Academy, etc.

    Thanks for your help, just figured it out. Hose broke off at the fitting inside the tank.
