Hey fellas just picked up my 1st cranking rod & it's the Mojo Bass Big Crankster 7'8". Kind of beasty for a 1st rod I know but got a sweet deal on it and been wanting a dedicated cranking rod. I've only been bass fishing not even a year & have yet to even catch a fish cranking. But the reviews I've read on it say its for throwing the big ones/deep divers but I see its only rated up to 1oz... 10xds are heavier than that I think? Anybody else have this rod and if so how do you like it? Also looking for recommendations on what else I can get away throwing on this... chatters... spinnerbaits? Any input is useful Thanks
