Hello all...looking for some info on Chautauqua Lake.  Planning on heading there sometime this year and looking to primarily flip boat docks.  Does anyone know the best month or part of month to do this?  I was thinking late June but am not really sure.  Also, when does the grass and pads start coming in ?  I am thinking I will mostly stay in the southern portion of the lake.  Any help here is greatly appreciated.
