Anyone know if I can buy just the frame from Shimano or anywhere else? Thanks 

It's out of stock at Shimano, with an ETA of 8/25/18.  It's goes for $150.  I'd just spend a little more than that and see if you can find a used one in good condition - might be able to get one for under or around 200 and in good condition.  You can get ones in okay condition for under 200 easy.
