Does this help or what would help a bass?

Featured Replies

I have been hearing several tournament anglers say that you can pour diet coke over a fishes injury and it will stop the bleeding, is that true? If not, what could help with bleeding besides putting them in water ASAP. I'm a tournament angler and I don't want to put back a keeper if it's bleeding but I don't want it to die. I have heard fluke master say that he puts stuff in his live well to help keep them alive.

Soft drinks with citric acid (MTN dew, Sprite, 7up, mellow yellow, ect) will stop bleeding.
