Recently installed a used 2003 Mercury 90. When first started, it pushed water fine. The next time it would not pump water out of telltale. I replaced water pump but old one wasn’t that bad. When started, it pump fine  then about 10 minutes later it had quit again. I removed the hose and nothing. I even removed the hose from the head and still no water. What’s wrong?
