Mid Lake Shadows area.

Hey guys thanks for the add on here . I have been reading a lot on here. Great stuff. I recently bought a camp near Shadows Landing. I have been fishing Been negreet a lot and I think its Slaughters creek area and the turtle beach area for the past couple of months. Boys I am getting my butt kicked out here . I have tried early and late even one night fishing trip. For the most part I have been getting skunked or dinks but mainly just a couple bites each outing. Fishing early till about 10 or 11 after that its too hot. Mr Catt hopefully you or some of the guys can help me out as a specific place to start fishing or presentation anything would be helpful at this point. I fished deep last weekend to no avail as well. I primarily threw a Texas rig baby brush hog. But I also threw c-r and crankbait. Anyways thanks in advance for any response to my plea for help. Lol
