I just bought a 12 ft V-Hull Aluminum boat thats needs some painting and new seats. The boat doesnt leak at all and appears to be in decent shape. The paint on the inside is chipping some so i want to sand it primer then repaint. I always want to take the existing seats off and put new ones on. Any suggestions for:

Sandpaper type/grid to use?

Primer to use

Paint to use

Where to buy the seats. If the seats lean back a little AND swivel that will be a plus.

I have never done anything like this so all the help I can get is appreciated. I will try to get some pics up here sometime next weekend. The trailer is brand new, the boat has served its purpose to someone over the years but other than that i made a great buy at $400.00.
