I've read some topics about how to, when I'm ready to repaint my old boat.  But my question is how much paint should I get?  I have a old 1972 16ft Terry Bass Boat (my profile pic).  The bottom white is a faded white and the top green is a lighter faded green.  I might keep the same colors, or I might change the colors, haven't decided yet.  But I was just wondering how much paint I would need?

And also I have 2 long carpeted wood guide rails on the side of the trailer, and I was wondering how the best way to paint that area of the boat?
