I recently had to replace my two trolling motor batteries (I went with Optima Blue Tops).  Previously I was using a Minn Kota MK330D charger for my old batteries, but wanted to upgrade to the PC version so I could charge the regular flooded starting battery and the AGMs with the same charger.  When I first used the charger the 25% and 50% lights light up at the same time and it does not seem to be working.  I have selected the correct type of battery for each bank and checked to make sure they were connected correctly.  It is doing this on all 3 banks.  I have contacted Minn Kota customer service, but was wondering if anyone else had this problem / possible fixes.

Isn't that just showing the progress of the charge? Have you left it charging for a few hours or overnight yet? Once fully charged all lights will be green, either blinking or staying solid.
