Clark Hill in August

Hey guys. How has the largemouth fishing been going for you so far this month? All I can ever find when searching for fishing reports are reports about striper. I went out with a buddy Monday and we couldn't pay for a bite. We started at first light and hit several points, but never saw the first sign of any fish feeding. Tried jigs and deep running crankbaits as well as top-water off the humps, still nothing. Hope y'all have had better luck than we did!
