Looking to dive into a different line of rods and I am looking at the new Powell Endurance. Only thing is my #1 pet peeve is having a tip heavy rod. Just wondering if anyone has got their hands on any of these and can comment on this aspect. Thanks.

    Well don’t worry about that because they are not tip heavy. You can put any reel you want on a Powell endurance and it will not be tip heavy.

    It might be a bit before it happens but now I'm somewhat torn between getting a new combo with the powell or buying one the of the new Orochi XX rods. Probably wont be until black friday sale either way.
