I have a older model motorguide 24 volt trolling motor with the toggle switch on the foot pedal to switch from 12 volts or 24 volts.              

What i would like to do is rewire the switch so i could have the option to switch from 24 volts to constant run.Hoping someone can tell me if this can be done and how to do it.

Anything can be done. You'll need a 3 way switch instead of a 2 way switch like you have now. I'd contact Motorguide and tell them what you want....I'm sure they'll sell you one.

Yeah you'll need a 3 way switch. You can get one at your auto parts store and get one. Very simple to hook up. Just know what wire has current going from it and know which one the current is going through
