How large does a bass livewell need to be? I'm thinking of using the Rubbermaid 40 Quart DuraChill 5-Day Cooler for a livewell.

    40qt  will work.  for one 5 fish limit. 10 gal is about the smallest you want to go.  alittle small but will work. I just saw a 48qt at doller Gerneral for $19 that would make a great livewell.
