I'm looking at auto inflatable life vests,Does anyone hear use this model to give me some feedback.I looked at it on basspro and it had good reviews.The price is $200 but if it saves my life bu being comfortable enough to wear all the time I guess it'll be worth it.

I've heard the vest work well but they can and do occasionally go off if they're in a storage box and the air is really damp.

That has been my lone fear about the auto-inflate PFD's.

I just bought the Sospenders model that they have at Cabelas for $150.  I haven't used it yet, but will likely store it in a plastic bag and find some desiccant bags to throw in there.  Plenty of folks use these auto inflate vests and hopefully if stored properly it won't go off.

I have a Mustang and I wear it 100% while fishing alone or in cold water. I've been in the rain with it on more than a few times with no problems but I've only owned it for a year now. I find it comfortable in all but the hottest of weather...then its gets alittle uncomfortable around the neck but I would imagine they all do.
