so im looking to get myself on some form of boat that will get me from point A to B on the water. nothing fancy, but something very basic, with a small trolling motor.

im very new to all this and dont know much about where to start searching for one.

are there any websites other than ebay and craigslist, in which owners can list their boats by location?

any help that can lead me in the right direction to getting me a boat, is greatly appreciated.

Try the classifieds of your local newspapers and Boat Trader (on-line). I too am looking for a used boat and Craig's List has the best offerings in my area so far. GOOD LUCK. Shouldn't be too hard to find the boat you're looking for in your area.
