Bass Grabber Jig by Snagproof

Featured Replies

Anyone seen one in person? fished one? Article in this months bassmaster mag.

Jig experts what do you think of the principle of a double hook/twin brush guard  jig, kinda like a hollowbody frog hook with a trailer keeper and leadhead, brushguard for both hooks....Charlie Ingram is claiming to have invented it, says it is more snag-less and better hook up %'s compared to traditional jigs. Yet the almost $9 a piece..... :-?

I admit i have had the idea before now, but just didnt think it was really

I read the article and I'm pretty skeptical on this, especially where he says it is effective in pressured situations...I don't think pressured bass would go for a jig that has 2 big ole hooks and 2 big weedguards stickin off of it...it could be the new thing but I aint gonna fork over $9 fer one until I see some serious results.
