Captain Wanted for High-school fishing

Featured Replies

My name is Jared Herman and I am a freshmen at Ramapo High School in North Jersey. I want to participate in high school fishing this year but I don't have a boat or Captain. In the previous years I was given a captain for the Junior BASS tournaments but this year I have to find my own. I though it was worth a shot asking on this forum. Any help would be greatly appreciated. There is only 3 (maybe 4) tournaments. I will post the schedule.

Thanks,

Jared

Hey Jared!

I'm up here in Massachusetts, but if I were closer it would be an honor to help you.

I have a grandson who is just starting to get into bass fishing, and it's my hope that he thinks about joining a team in a couple years when he starts high school.

I couldn't help noticing the name of your school, are you a member of the Ramapo Nation?

Sorry I can't be more than moral support for you, but I'm a firm believer that if you want something bad enough you'll find a way to succeed. Maybe you could post a request in the Tournament thread and get a few more folks looking at your request.

Best of luck Jared...I'll be crossing my fingers you get a boat/Captain.
