I'm not experienced with the Sniper series, but I've got a pair of Invokers and a Tharp series rod and they're pretty spot on with their lure ratings.

Have you tried sniper rod yet? How was it compare to your elite tech small mouth? I’m looking for a rod to replace my crucial gen 2 6’11 dropshot 1/8-3/8, which I used for everything from weightless trick worm all the way to Fat Ika, but mainly for Super Fluke.

No.  And won't for awhile.  Been in the teens every morning this week.  I'm too old to enjoy fishing in that kind of weather.  Heck.  I'm too old to enjoy much of anything.
