Trailer bunk replacement

Featured Replies

Anyone try using Trex decking material for trailer bunks instead of pressure treated 2 byes?

i dont know about trex, but there is a company making them out of plastic in grayson ga, they have a web site i just cant remember the name. i do remember they were relativly in expensive. i mean under 100

Trex will not be strong enough to take the place of 2 by bunk boards.  There are composites out there but they are very pricey compared to wood.
