Lowrance HDS Carbon Waypoint

I recently purchased using a new lowrance hds 9 carbon unit and want to set up my way points. The current lake i fish has around 300 public Brush piles and rock piles coordinates online in a PDF file. What would be the easiest way to punch in the coordinates onto my depth finder? is there any way to punch them online and save under a GPS file and import it onto my micro SD card? Also do you have the steps in manually entering GPS coordinates into a lowrance hds?
