Looking for some advice before I head down to Destin, FL.  I'm taking my small bay boat down to Destin and plan to fish the artificial reefs 1-2 miles from the beach.  What kind of rig should use for catching some grouper and snapper out there?  Really, I'm going to try to catch anything that bites.  I'll be out there in June if that matters.  Specifically how much weight and what kind of rig do I need to set up for bottom fishing?  I'm thinking knocker rig and 2oz?  Any other advice is appreciated!
