Bluegill post spawn lure suggestions?

Fishing a small lake in NJ by canoe.  Bluegill must have spawned...there are a bunch of schools of bluegill, all an inch or less in size, jumping all over the lake. Snagged one on a crankbait.  2 trips and zero luck with bass...tried to finesse them: Ned rig, shakey head, Neko all equaled no luck.  Just wondering if anyone had similar experiences and if so did you have any luck on a particular lure? Thanks!
