Of course it is as long as the motor is ok. It did not say a word about how it runs. If you are interested take it on the water for a run. As always check out the titles before passing any money from hand to hand.

Check out the transom and the floor. If they are solid it is well worth the money. You could fish it a long time and get your money back years down the road. 2,000 is cheap for a glas boat with a 115 on it.
