Well i have been fishing out of an older 14' alluminum v-hull, it has a 4 horse motor and a 55# thrust trolling motor. Ive been saving up some money and now its time to upgrade so i can fish bigger lakes. I have about $2000 saved up so far so i would like to stay around that price. any information about what i should look into getting would be greatly appreciated. i did see this boat on craigslist: http://nh.craigslist.org/boa/831898313.html

wow thats kinda like one of our fishing boats ours is a 1996 18' Tracker Sportsman 18 with a 28 hp johnson

nice boat and good price. i'd buy it. one thing though is i would think you could take your 14 ft v anywhere you could take this one, so i'm not sure about it being that much of an upgrade from that view. but still a good deal.
