I own a 2500 Series Ci4+. Is 10# Tatsu Fluorocarbon good on this reel? It’s diameter is equivalent to 8# Trilene XL Mono. I could also go braid to leader, but if the original question’s answer is YES, then I would rather throw that.

I figured. 10lb is strong enough to throw 3-16 oz t-rigs, 3/16 oz smaller spinnerbaits, and wacky senkos, right? I’d figure it’d be plenty in some average grass cover.

For sure, just make sure you have your drag set properly.
