on board charger problem

Featured Replies

I have a 3 bank on board charger from BPS and now when I plug it in to charge the light does not come on so I cant tell if it is working correctly... when i took the boat out and run the trolling motor at  12 V it is usually peppier than this because the trolling batteries are brand new...How can i verify that all my batteries are getting juice. do you think bps will take it back, it is 2 yrs old...

I was having a similar problem and found the the problem was in the connection. Make sure your battery terminals AND the male and female connections are clean. You may not be getting a good connection at the outlet.
