I have a 3 bank Charging System International charger that looks like it has a bank that has gone bad.

Has anyone ever heard of re setting the charger?

Pretty sure your talking about a Dual Pro CSI charger.. What is it or not doing?

Yes its actually the 3 bank, one bank isnt charging

Which bank isn't charging? Is it the one for the start  battery or deep cycle? Take the bad one off and change it with one of the others and see if it is still not coming on. This will tell you if it is the charger or the battery. Make sure you clean the connections when changing them.

Yes Iv completed all the checks, its the charger, its for all the trolling motor battery's, I have the 101 MK, the middle bank of the charger fails to charge or register on good battery's, all battery's took a charge on a separate charger and are good.

A friend of mine told me that by hooking all 6 leads to one good battery it re sets the charger. I was wondering if anyone has had any experience in doing this.

Never heard of that but I would call Dual Pro before doing it even though it should not hurt it either way.
