Dobyns FR 795SB with Shimano 300-Sized Reels?

Does anyone know if 300-sized Shimano reels (like Tranx and Calcutta) fit securely on the Dobyns FR 795SB rod? The seats on those reels seems to be incompatible with a couple of other rods I have. Thanks.

    Yes I have a fury 795 with tranx 300. Fits good
