Anyone ever put a caliper your hooks?

Featured Replies

Random- again sorry I am bored and looking to make a kind of fluke rig.

But I was thinking about purchasing some micro o-rings to thread onto some hooks and could not find how thick a hook is and I do not own calipers.... So looking for your help.  If you have a #2, #1, 1/0 and 2/0 standard hook and calipers- telling me the size would be most appreciated or any other thoughts on the small o-rings

TIA

Most of small O-Ring (bait keeper) size 1 will fit regular 1/0-4/0 Gamakatsu EWG hook. I’ve never tried with super line but, I doubt it would.
Here what I got.

Digital & manual calipers are relatively cheap at Harbor Freight.
