propeller Popper

hi there?
I have my little idea 
How about a lure like this.

<Top-water popper lure>
-which has front propeller like 'Robotic swimming lure'
-and fishing line connect to its tail not front nor upper part.
-if line pull(jerk) twice propeller turn on working
? if pull the line once propeller turn off not working.

?::it only goes forward by propeller and to retrieve it fishing line?
?needs to manually reeling in like any other lure retrieve.
?but for merit of this is lure can go very far distance even further than
?by casting. i think it's in some way helpful for long distance lure casting.
