Above ground pool - ozone or salt ?

Featured Replies

Which? Why?
We currently have a salt generator. Love it. Before, we had traditional chlorine pool.
We like the salt, as it doesn't leave your skin feeling dried out, eyes aren't red, chemical costs are much less, haven't had any issues with algal blooms.
How will this compare to ozone?
We will be getting a new pool, pump, everything. If we get salt, it would need to be a salt friendly pool, as it seems most manufacturers, will void the warranty if you use salt, and it's not rated for it.

Thinking about switching to ozone.
