Both great choices and price for a new boat, Mercury motor and trailer IMHO. I had the Grizzly in a 1448 and loved it. Solid boat. I was very happy with the all welded construction and the stability of the mod V hull.

 

i can't figure out for the life of me, the 12k dollar bass tracker comes with a trolling motor fish finder spare tire and a 40hp motor  &more vs the boat for 14k, 30hp , no spare no trolling motor no fish finder.......what am i missing

Three things. One, BPS has sold a lot of the “Classic” style boat because the price is so low. They’ve chosen to make less profit on each boat and make it up with volume of sales. Second, the more they sell, the less it costs to make. Third, they use the least expensive materials they can get away with.
