The little rubber piece that goes on the bottom Of the reel tightening screw fell of my tatula spinning rod I need to glue it back on.

Use a good epoxy, Ive been using pro paste on my builds, u-40 rod bond is good stuff too. Honestly though for something like your looking for devcon 2 ton would probably work fine too, and be much easier to find locally. I'll let some more experienced builders chime in.

I used gorilla glue clear after a couple guys used it for the same thing with good results.

I like JB weld for epoxy work
