New problem with Hook 7

Featured Replies

I don't know if it is related to installing a Navionics card, but my Hook 7 doesn't recognize that it is on a new body of water unless I do a reset to factory defaults.  It always brings up the last body of water.  Anyone ever see this?

Do you have to choose the Navionics card when you turn it on?  Most units take a few minutes to locate the satellites on startup to give you your position. If you wait a few minutes after turning it on, does it eventually find you on the new lake?

No, it never seems to find the new lake.
