motor?

Featured Replies

I have an older evinrude outboard. I don't get to the lake as much as I would like so I hook up the hose and run her in the driveway. After a couple minutes of idling the overheat alarm comes on. The water is cycling through and the stream is exiting the powerhead.

The alarm never comes on when I am on the lake. Is this something I should worry about or is it normal? Thanks.
