Oh Where Oh Where Did My Panoptix Go?

Featured Replies

Installed a PS 22 Panoptix transducer on my ECHOMAP Plus 73sv.  Went to the lake and it worked fine.  Messing around with the bow panel and blew a fuse.  At that time nothing worked on the unit.  Put in a new fuse.  Unit works properly but Panoptix is no longer shown as on option on the unit.  Checked all the fuses again.  Nothing blown.  Checked the wiring on the Panopitx and it's fine.  Connected to the back of the unit securely.  Did two resets to factory settings, still no Panoptix.  Any suggestions as to what the problem might be?  ? ? ?

Thanks.  I'll give them a call tomorrow.  I put a volt meter to the connections and it's getting power.  All connections are snug but, still nothing.
