I am looking to either buy a kayak or an inflatable polycarbon boat. I have looked at the sea eagle family and kayaks at bass pro shops. I do not want to exceed $450.

The sea eagles seem affordable and reliable. The kayaks allow you to do more.

Can anyone recommend any of these boats or even a brand new category?

    i have this one.  the basic one retails for about 350 and the one with all the extras (rod holders etc.) goes for about 450.  its been great to me so far.
