4 pin flat to 5 pin flat plug holder

My older Champion had the 4 pin connector, my new one has the 5 pin connector. My question is how did you mount yours to your bumper and make it look good? Also, is there a rubber cover made for the 5 pin?

Part numbers and pictures would be nice.

Or you could go to your local auto parts store and get an adapter and not have to mount another trailer light plug.  Just an idea.  My last 3 trucks have all had the trailer plugs pre-mounted.
