I have been looking everywhere.....ebay....craiglists...here....local club websites....local marinas.....

I cant find what I am looking for.  Anyone have any other ideas?

Looking for a 18-19 foot....150 hp bass boat...stratos, triton, ranger, nitro.....doesnt really matter.....around a 2000 to save some $$$.

I was having the same problem 2-3 months ago. Just keep looking. I finally found a Ranger on craigslist. It takes time. Don't settle. You can try expanding your regions on Craigslist and eBay. Good luck. Check out bassresource flea market and iboats. Great forums for boating.

I just looked on Ebay and found 214 listings for the criteria you mentioned.  Are they just not what you are looking for or not in that price range.  Also, try the auto,Rv, Boat trader.  

I'd been looking for a few months for the same thing.  I bought a 2000 Triton 186 with a 150 on it Tuesday.  I found it on boattrader.com  They are out there but you just have to be patient to get exactly what you want.

just go the dealership and buy a new boat then you will know exactly what is wrong with it.

100 miles isnt really that big of an area.  

When I was looking for a boat I was willing to travel quite a bit farther.  I just made sure to ask a bunch of questions on the telephone before driving anywhere.  After making a few calls you can pretty much tell who is BS'ing you and who isn't.  

I ended up driving about 3 hours for my boat but it was worth it.  Sure I drove a few places and saw some boats that weren't what I thought they were going to be but now I have exactly what I was looking for and couldn't be happier.

Yup, you just gotta ask alot of specific questions and get detailed pictures if they can provide them.

I spent 2 hours in the loan office getting approved for a loan on a cobra. Drove 3.5 hours down to pick it up and found out it had a chunk of gelcoat missing out of the bottom the size of a frying pan and stress cracks in the transom gel coat.    To top it off, the seller was IRKED AT ME for "wasting his time". Pffft. Just gotta keep grinding away at it, the right boat is out there!!  8-)

Around me, you just drive down the main drag and see a dozen or so for sale by owner.
