Hello folks,

 

so my buddy and I went to a lake to catch some crappie on thanksgiving, we took a boat out and started jigging, the water depth was about 12 ft maybe a little more. We fished for 2 hours and caught Tilapia, Bass and even a catfish but no crappie. We know there is crappie in this lake, it is stocked very often, yet we didnt catch any. Would any fellow anglers like to give some advice? The lake we fished is fairly small yet decently deep. 

Try and locate some underwater brush piles, that's their usual hangout.
