Broke trailer winch on Saturday so bought a larger one at BPS today.

With one hand in a cast, it was a difficult task which was magnified as I has to take the new strap that I put on the old winch two months ago and put it on the new winch after removing the new winch's strap as the new winch strap's lock would not fit the boat's hitch.

Try this with one hand in a cast.  Not fun.

Finally got it done after an hour of saying some nasty words.

Should be set for a few years.
