My parents have informed me that in 7 years (when I graduate from college) they will get my a fully rigged bass boat.  So I decided I better start looking  ;D!!!!!!!!!!!  What do you guys think would be a good choice for me?  I am not talking about some $60,000 Nitro Z-9, but something in the $20,000 to $30,000 price range.

    Keep in mind that I don't really know a lot about bass boats, but I am trying to learn.

You should ask this in about 6.5 years. Recommendations now would be irrelevant anyway. It sounds like you've got some very generous parents.

In 7 years,  that $60,000 Z-9 today will be worth $15,000.  

I think I'd start by concentrating on your studies and making sure you're grades are such that your parents will be more than proud to buy you a boat.

Like how about graduating magna cum laude or better?
