Does anyone know if the fuel filter is suppose to be full or just half full with air bubbles when the motor is at idle? The reason i ask is my motor is only hitting on 2 out of 3 cylinders. The bottom cylinder is the dead one. Im thinking that my fuel pump is not putting out enough gas to fill the bottom carburator causing a weak combustion if any at all.  

the coil is dead on that cylinder......a new one costs about $82.00 i just replaced one on my 40h.p. merc. each cylinder has its own seperate module........ ;D

Sorry i forgot to add that is getting fire to all cylinders.
