well i need a fish finder but need to know which one to buy need advice or info here are my choices

hummingbird piranha max 150

or

eagle cuda 300

need help which one is a safer bet for my small trolling motor powered boat

    The Eagle Cuda 300 has a higher resolution screen 240 vertical pixels as opposed to the Humminbird 150 that has 160 vertical pixels. I'd pick the Eagle.

    At the $80 price point the Cuda 300 is the better buy.  Pixel count is important in fish finders.
