I'm thinking about getting a Bimini top for my Triton VT19.  Any advice?  My bass boat is also a family boat and I think some shade would help my 4 and 7 year old boys stay on the water longer in the Alabama summers.  

I also need a boat cover.  My boat is dry stored in one of those big aluminum buildings.  They use a diesel powered fork lift to move boats in and out of the water, and I've heard that a diesel exhaust film forms on everything if I don't cover my boat.

Where is the best place to buy a bimini top and a boat cover?  The cover is not for towing, just for storage.

My suggestion is to do your own homework.  A simple google search will provide you with all the information you would need about bimini tops.  As for an indoor boat cover, buy the cheapest you can get.  Try Walmart.

Thanks.  I've done some google work on this, but I suspect fitting a bimini top on a bass boat is a tricky thing.  I thought maybe there would be one company that people had good experiences with.

I bought a bimini top from Cabela's and the shade it provides makes all the difference in the world here where the temperature can easily be 115 any summer day. I would never be without it. It was extremely easy to install.
