Looking for more of a ned rig rod but would also like to use it for wacky rigs and drop shotting. What do you all suggest? Price point around 150, not picky on brand. Thanks and have a good one!

Phenix Maxim. For drop shooting that rear bait holder clip is the best thing.   Bare minimum requirement for me. 
 

but I love love that weird looking camouflage rod. Super sensitive and easy to weird.  I paired it with a Daiwa Procyon AL 2500.  

Do you think there is a rod that can do decent job for all three techniques? I think a moderate fast would be a good action to ensure hooksets with a wacky rig, drop shot, and ned rig. I can't afford to have a dedicated setup for every technique
