I'm taking off Friday and heading up to the upper D. Gonna go for trout but I'm genuinely curious if anyone knows what else is hot up there this time of year? I'm looking at the Callicoon area south to Dingman's ferry. I'm curious about smallmouth but I'm afraid the bite hasn't picked up yet. Does anyone have any intel on what's hot or picking up in this area?

    Great area to fish.  Fish from Narrowsburg to 10 Mile Access and you will catch 100s of smallmouth.  The river is pretty low right now but the bass should be biting.  Trout might be tough with the water being so low.  The Lackawaxen area and Minisink area are also very nice.
