Flagler Bridge Snook Tips?

Hey I heard that Flagler bridge is a great spot for snook fishing, I did have a couple questions though. I have no experience inshore bridge fishing.

 

First, when are the best times to go? I heard night was good, what about in the day? And would it be a good idea to even go now since a lot of snook are on the beach since it’s summer?

 

secondly for live bait where would the bait be? Do I use shrimp to catch em or sabiki?
