I am considering upgrading my electonics to the Lowrance HDS.  I currently have the two Lowrance units installed in my boat, a LMS332 dash mounted in the console and a X51 dash mounted in the bow. 

I am considering either the HDS10 or HDS8.  Any recommendations on the location of the HDS system, bow or console.  I really would like to have a GPS mapping on the bow but don't know which location the HDS will be more productive. 

I am considering relocating the LMS332 in the bow but if I do install the HDS unit on the console, there is no room in dash.

Suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
